Mike, a Commerce graduate from the National University of Ireland, Galway, embarked on his professional journey in the real estate industry with a prominent estate agency firm in Dublin. Furthering his expertise, he pursued studies in Auctioneering and Estate Agency in Dublin, earning a Certificate from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) in 2003.

A member of IPAV, TEGOVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations), and a Recognised European Valuer (REV), Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. Specialising in residential property, valuations, and land sales, he has been involved in numerous high-profile residential and land transactions.

Philip worked in the financial services industry for many years before becoming a partner in Mullery Auctioneers in 2006.

Philip is involved in all aspects of both commercial and residential property, dealing with residential sales and valuations, commercial sales and lettings, commercial valuations and rent reviews. Philip has extensive experience with commercial property and has been involved in many significant commercial sales and lettings.

Philip was conferred with a certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency in 2008 from The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) and is a member of the institute.

Michael Mullery Snr started his career in the property industry in the early 1970s and in the intervening years he has amassed a wealth of experience and knowledge of both the local and national property markets. During his career, he has worked in Dublin, Cork, and Galway with over 4 decades of experience dealing with property in Galway and the West of Ireland.

Michael deals with all aspects of commercial, residential and agricultural property and has extensive experience with public auctions.
